WHAT WE DO

 We are NOT a collection agency nor a law firm although we employ legal counsel. LIEN ON US, LLC primarily BUYS qualified and perfected mechanic’s liens and attachment liens for CASH, but at a discount from the legitimate amount of money owned to you. The difference between what you are owed and the lesser amount that we pay you covers our cost of collection, possibly litigation, our cost of money, our office overhead, our advertising, our “due diligence” costs (research costs including legal research and our records retrieval costs at the county recorder’s offices etc.), our insurance costs and our travel cost plus our profit factor.

We also buy other qualified and recorded real estate secured instruments (voluntary liens such as Deeds of Trust etc).
