WHO ARE WE? 

           The principals of LIEN ON US, LLC have two decades of experience in commercial and residential development and building, as well as 30 years of experience in real estate lending and mortgage banking. During those periods of time, we’ve had our share of litigation experiences and watched contractors and suppliers be put out of business due to slow pay or hard to collect progress billings and receivables. We finally decided to do something about it from the financial side, and from the legal side, if necessary. It’s a risky business to us, but we are professionals with experience in your business, in dealing with real estate liens of various types, collection of those liens, workouts and restructuring of defaulted loans, litigation and—most importantly—we’re experienced in the field of professional negotiation with debtors. That’s what we do—it’s not what you should be doing!

We serve the construction industry, building suppliers and the professionals of the construction industry in all the major counties of the state of Arizona, as well as southern Nevada and southern Utah.
